Megan is a true First Coast native whose roots run deep in the local show community. Growing up on the local circuit and later competing at rated shows as a junior, amateur, and professional, she transformed her lifelong passion for the sport into more than 15 years of service as an instructor, ring steward and local judge. Today, she combines her experience in both the legal field and the equestrian industry to bring horse shows the level of organization and attention to detail found on rated circuits—while maintaining the accessibility and affordability of local events.

Claire has been a long established veteran of the industry for years. Her mother, Kitty Lee, worked alongside Claire for years and together founded HaddenLoch in January 2005. Claire has spent numerous years competing across the nation as well as internationally, including seven years training under Olympian Norman Dello Joio and competed at the Grand Prix level. Claire has been a jump course designer in addition to an active board member for more than one circuit and has decided to take her experience on and off the horse to align with the vision of RCHJA.

Alexis is certainly no stranger to horse shows from both sides of the office. Outside of her lengthy riding career both as a junior and an amateur, Alexis went on to manage and operate horse shows for both local and recognized events for countless years. Her commitment to the sport and dedication to its excellence (as well as her innate ability to not take "no" for an answer) shows in her efforts to push RCHJA to the finish line, bringing our local community a much needed option for quality hunter/jumper horse shows and making sure you experience a smooth and effortless show with us!
